CMM Operator

We are a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturerThe CMM Operator will operate 2 Hexagon Metrology CMM's with 2026 version of PC- DMIS for high-precision, complex parts. While PC-DMIS programming experience is not required basic understanding of PC-DMIS routines using CAD models and Model-Based Definition (MBD) is a plus.Be willing to learn and execute and validate AS9102 First Article using Net-InspectAssist in creating AS9102 1st Article Inspection reports.Mechanical inspection background and ability to perform such is highly desirable.Required Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 3 + years of dedicated CMM operating experience specifically in the aerospace and defense industrySoftware Expertise: Basic, basic proficiency in PC-DMISUnderstanding of ASME Y14.5 & Y14.1 GD&TBlueprint Literacy: Flawless mastery of complex aerospace engineering drawings, specifications, and digital product definitionsMaterial Familiarity: Proven experience inspecting diverse aerospace materials, including titanium, Inconel, and aluminumU.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency requiredCompensation range: $25 to $35 per hourMust live in the South Bay or adjacentPowered by JazzHRzUfUnQAsh7
