The team is highly technical, lean, and based in San Francisco.About The RoleTriFetch is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to own end-to-end customer deployments for healthcare AI systems. This is an extremely high-agency, customer-facing engineering role where engineers directly manage implementation, debugging, deployment, and ongoing optimization inside clinical environments.
