Role Description This is a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role located on-site in Minneapolis, MN. The LPN will assist with patient care, medication administration, monitoring patient health and providing reports, and supporting the care team with daily tasks. The role also involves educating patients and their families about health management and providing emotional support. Qualifications Valid LPN license in MinnesotaExperience in patient care and medication administrationAbility to monitor patient health and provide detailed reportsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to educate patients and families about health managementExperience working as part of a healthcare teamCompassionate and empathetic approach to patient careCPR/BLS certification is a plusPrior experience in a similar setting is preferred
