Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Independent Mortgage Loan Officer, based in Fresno, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage solutions tailored to their financial needs. Day-to-day tasks will include evaluating loan applications, facilitating client meetings, providing guidance on mortgage products, collaborating with underwriters for loan approvals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Qualifications Experience and expertise in Loan Origination and working as a Mortgage Loan OfficerProficient knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practicesFamiliarity with Underwriting processes and loan program guidelinesA commitment to delivering exceptional Customer ServiceLicensed through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate in a hybrid work environmentPrevious experience with specialized loan products is a plus
