The ideal candidate will provide advanced, patient-centered care for individuals with complex cardiovascular conditions, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of heart failure. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic heart failure. Develop individualized treatment plans, including medical management, lifestyle modifications, and advanced therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including primary care physicians, nurses, and cardiac surgeons. Provide advanced care options, including device therapy and transplant evaluation when necessary. Participate in clinical research and remain up-to-date with emerging treatments and technologies in heart failure care.
