Senior Tax Associate | International Tax Reporting | IFRS | SOX Compliance📍 Location: Miami, Florida (Hybrid)🏢 Work Model: 4 days office / 1 day remote💼 Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent🌎 Languages Required: English & SpanishJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Associate to support regional and international tax reporting activities within a dynamic multinational environment.This role will collaborate closely with local tax teams across multiple countries, ensuring high-quality tax reporting deliverables, compliance alignment, and continuous process improvement initiatives across the organization.The position is ideal for professionals with strong international tax reporting exposure, multinational experience, and the ability to operate within fast-paced, multicultural environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review Group Tax Reporting deliverables with accuracy and timelinessSupport tax managers in reviewing OpCo deliverables and follow-up activitiesPrepare and review tax-related disclosure statements for internal and external reportingSupport tax reporting process improvements and standardization initiativesAssist in implementing tax reporting solutions and operational efficiencies across the groupCollaborate with Accounting, Financial Planning, and other stakeholders on tax-related mattersSupport SOX compliance initiatives across OpCos, Group, and HQ entitiesMaintain strong coordination with regional and international tax teamsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience within regional tax teams, multinational groups, or tax advisory environmentsStrong understanding of:-Tax Reporting-IFRS / US GAAP-SOX ComplianceInternational Tax conceptsExperience working with:-Oracle eBS-SAP-HFM-Financial reporting systemsStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to work effectively within multicultural and remote environmentsEnglish and Spanish fluency requiredPreferred QualificationsMBA or international tax certificationsLATAM regional experienceExperience supporting tax digitalization initiativesExperience driving process standardization and policy adoptionCore CompetenciesStrong attention to detailAdaptability within fast-paced environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage priorities and deadlines effectivelyPositive and collaborative team-oriented mindset
