Residential Maintenance Manager

Use your years of "seen-it-all" experience to oversee our daily operations and lead a team that values precision.Benefits:PTO, Paid Holidays, Healthcare, 401(k) Compensation:$18 - $23 hourlyResponsibilities:Problem Diagnosis:Possess the ability to diagnose maintenance problems and recommend appropriate solutions. Vendor Management:Evaluate vendor quality and coordinate with hiring staff when a new vendor is needed. Follow Up:Follow up on assigned work orders that are approved, estimated, or pending an estimate. Quality Control:Evaluate work order photos or issues that are brought to their attention by a member of the team, follow up to elevate customer satisfaction, and maintain quality. Identify trends:Identify key issues or inefficiencies for personnel training. Train/monitor:Monitor employee compliance with operational standards. Reinforce Standards:remind maintenance staff regarding professionalism, quality, and reliability.Qualifications:Ability to diagnose the most common repairs in residential housing. Ability to direct technicians on the best and most efficient way to do the repair. Minimum 2 years of experience in Property Management, Construction, or a similar field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with Google Workspace is a plus. Experience with Appfolio, or another similar property management software, is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to direct technicians on the most efficient way to complete a work order.
