Our mission is to help communities conserve and reuse water through well-designed and efficient systems.Position Summary:We’re looking for a Licensed Plumber to join our growing team and assist with the installation of rainwater harvesting systems across residential and commercial sites. The ideal candidate has a solid background in plumbing, attention to detail, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.Responsibilities:Install pumps, piping, fittings, filters, and valves for rainwater harvesting systemsPerform code-compliant plumbing connections and pressure testingCollaborate with project managers, foremen, and technicians to complete installationsTroubleshoot and repair plumbing or pump-related issuesEnsure all work meets Texas plumbing codes and safety standardsQualifications:Current Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master) requiredMinimum of 1-3 years of plumbing experience in residential or commercial workExperience with pump systems, pressure systems, or irrigation connections preferredAbility to read blueprints and installation drawingsReliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseMust be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditionsPreferred but Not Required:Experience with rainwater harvesting or greywater systemsBackflow Prevention certificationFamiliarity with solar-powered or off-grid water systemsCompensation:Competitive hourly pay or salary based on experience and license levelOpportunities for advancement in a growing, sustainability-focused companyHow to Apply:Send your resume to info@waterengtech.com with the subject line: “Plumber Application – LinkedIn – [Your Name]”
