Project Manager - Mechanical

Description The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of assigned mechanical and process piping construction projects. Key Responsibilities:Preparation of project proposals and estimatesLeadership of BIM/VDC processesDirection of resources and personnel within the projectContract administration and documentationBuyout of subcontractors, equipment, and materialsLabor productivity trackingSchedule developmentProject budget tracking and cost projectionsCustomer relations and business developmentProject safety culture leadership Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:Minimum of 5 years' experience in the mechanical and/or process piping industry. Process piping experience is preferred. Experience working in fast-paced, high-stress environments.College degree, preferably Construction Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration. Equivalent work experience also considered.Solid communication skills - verbal and written. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, proposals, estimates, and other regularly encountered items.Hard-working, with the ability to learn quickly, work well with others and an interest in a fast-paced and fulfilling career.Background check and drug test required.
