Lakeshore Talent is in search of a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Human Resources Manager to support a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the hospitality and entertainment industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, proactive HR professional who is fluent in both Spanish and English and thrives in a hands-on leadership role supporting large, diverse teams.Position OverviewThe Bilingual Human Resources Manager will play a key role in overseeing employee relations, HR operations, and payroll support for a workforce of approximately 500 employees. This individual will partner closely with leadership teams to coach managers, navigate complex employee situations, and help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.The ideal candidate is experienced in handling investigations, disciplinary actions, employee terminations, and sensitive HR matters with professionalism and confidence. This role requires someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with varying priorities.Pay Rate: Starting at $50.00/hour, with flexibility based on experience and qualificationsLocation: Lakewood, COContract: 6 months covering a leave of absenceKey ResponsibilitiesLead employee relations efforts including investigations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and terminationsCoach and support managers through performance management and employee-related challengesManage HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulationsSupport payroll processing and administration using platforms such as Rippling, ADP, or UKGMaintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee informationPartner with leadership to support engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiativesAssist in navigating union-related matters and labor relations as neededSupport HR systems, onboarding, and general administrative HR functionsRequired QualificationsFluent in both Spanish and English with strong verbal and written communication skillsMinimum of 4+ years of Human Resources experience supporting large teams of 450+ employeesStrong background in employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminationsHands-on payroll processing experience using platforms such as Rippling, ADP, or UKGProven ability to coach, influence, and support managers effectivelyAbility to handle difficult conversations professionally and confidentlyStrong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentialityPreferred QualificationsExperience working in hospitality, entertainment, or unionized environmentsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldExperience with HRIS systems, LMS/PMS tools, and other HR software platformsHR certifications such as PHR or SPHRAdditional certifications including ServSafe, TIPs, or CPR/AEDAdditional RequirementsReliable transportation requiredFlexibility to work varying hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through FridayAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with physical tasks when neededAbility to successfully complete a background checkThis is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and energetic environment.
