Senior Fullstack DeveloperLocation: Dallas, TX | Type: Contract | Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite) | Experience: 5+ years | Pay: $80-$100/hrAbout the RoleWe're hiring a Senior Fullstack Developer to build and ship production web applications end to end, from schema and API design through deployment. You'll own real features across the stack, integrate with enterprise data behind the scenes, and help clients modernize platforms that thousands of people actually depend on.The team sits inside a global management and technology consultancy that works almost entirely with financial services firms, so the work carries real constraints: legacy systems to integrate with, performance that has to hold up, and standards that don't bend. You'll partner with engineers, product, and client stakeholders to turn business goals into software that ships and stays shipped. This is a hands-on build role for someone who likes owning a feature from design decision to deploy, not just picking up tickets. What You'll DoDesign, build, and deploy scalable web applications across the MERN stackBuild and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs that other systems and teams rely onWork with relational databases like Oracle, including writing and tuning queries that perform under loadPartner with cross-functional teams to untangle integration and performance issues before they reach productionWrite automated tests and hold the line on coding standards and review practicesKeep technical documentation current and give the team clear, regular visibility into progressQualifications5+ years of fullstack development experience, with real depth in the MERN stackStrong JavaScript and React skills (this is a must-have, not a nice-to-have)Hands-on experience with Oracle or a comparable relational database, plus SQL and query optimizationComfortable working in Agile teams and shipping on a real cadenceSharp analytical and problem-solving instincts, and the collaboration skills to work across a cross-functional teamBonus Points ForExperience with cloud platforms or modern application architecturesA track record with performance tuning and system optimizationBackground in financial services or the energy sectorExposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesA hand in technical design or architecture decisions, not just implementationWhy Join UsYou'll join a team that treats delivery as the whole point, where the software has to work in production for demanding enterprise clients, not just demo well. The bar for quality is high, the problems are genuinely complex, and you'll have room to shape how things get built rather than just execute someone else's spec.If you want fullstack work with real stakes, alongside people who care about doing it right, this is a role worth a look.
