Coordinator Group Reservations Regional - On Call (Tropicana Atlantic City)

Job DescriptionResponsible for entering room blocks, group reservations, bookings, cancellations and changes of room reservations for the Atlantic City region.Responsible for accurate data entry of reservations for room blocks, groups, including changes and cancellationsCreates files for each group to include types of rooms, room lists and preferences, and verification of billing with Hotel CreditResponsible for processing advance deposits, refunds and forfeits (to be kept in group files)May prepare proposals and contracts and distributes group information to appropriate departments.Assists with billing corrections related to Group Masters and Group ReservationsProcesses control sheets and handles special events and entertainment room requests. Assists the rack area when necessary to ensure customer satisfactionResponsible for the ordering of supplies Contacts facilities for maintenance when necessaryCompletes special assignments as requestedStarting Rate $20.00 to $21.00 Per HourHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
