Metalworking Fluids Maintenance Lead

Job OpportunityLynn, MA$65-72K (DOE)+ Bonus + OT + Full Benefits + Paid Relocation AvailableM-F Day ShiftJob DescriptionLeadership Role in a Union PlantLooking for someone that will monitor 125-150 metalworking fluids on various machines (CNC, lathe, mills, grinders) and report status of central coolant systems and standalone machine sumps in a large manufacturing environmentInspect and record coolant concentration and essential metrics weeklyIdentify problems quickly and advise on corrective actions/preventative measuresParticipate in continuous improvement/cost savings projectsReport weekly to coolant management team and provide status updates on issues/projectsPerform necessary testing and reporting of coolant and lubes as requiredProvide training and updates relative to coolant and lube management to operators and site managers as needed or requiredYour SkillsStrong maintenance background and/or equivalent experience preferredExperience working with metalworking fluids in a large manufacturing setting preferredBasic computer skills and/or willingness to learn to record and provide reporting on coolant metrics and lubes as needed and requiredStrong troubleshooting skillsHigh school diploma or GED required / degree in related field welcomed
