The individual in this role will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing questions, processing policy changes, and resolving claims efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, providing policy recommendations, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting sales initiatives to meet client needs.QualificationsStrong Account Management and Customer Service skillsKnowledgeable in Insurance policies, products, and regulationsExcellent Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client trustExperience in Sales or a similar client-facing role is preferredProficiency in using insurance management systems and Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsRelevant industry certifications (e.g., CISR, CIC) are a plusCurrent State Insurance Licensure Preferred, Ability to obtain licensure within 90 days requiredBachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent experience in Insurance related field
