Workers' Compensation Attorney (Remote)We're seeking a skilled Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will manage a plaintiff-side caseload from filing to resolution. You must be licensed to practice law in the state of California and have a proven track record of handling workers' compensation claims.Responsibilities:Manage and litigate a high-volume caseload of workers' compensation claims.Advise and represent clients throughout the legal process.Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and negotiate settlements.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and an active license to practice law in California.Proven experience in California workers' compensation law.Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
