Featuring Operations Manager Electronic Arts Kirkland As our Featuring Operations Manager you will work across our portfolio of Mobile titles across sports and entertainment verticals. The ideal candidate will be a result driven product/marketing expert, with a proven track record of improving KPIs. In this role you will need to have a strong analytical and creative mindset who can work collaboratively with game teams, product marketing, UA. You will report to the Business Management Director. This is a hybrid role based out of a North American office, with 3 days a week in-office requirements. This is a 6-month, temporary role. Responsibilities Communicate relevant platform information across the organization to appropriate team members. Manage daily requests from broader EA teams and help resolve platform-related issues and topics. Manage featuring operations across the live title portfolio. This includes shaping pitch decks, analyzing performance and optimizing efforts based on data-driven insights. Master the policies, features, and technologies of the App Store platform, and consult game studios on best practices to help ensure the success of our games. Manage daily requests from broader EA teams and help resolve platform-related issues. Requirements Education: BA / BS 4+ years experience working in mobile gaming (preferred) or tech industry. Experience managing live products on Apple App Store and Google Play. A passion for technology and familiarity of the mobile gaming landscape. Written and oral communication skills. Proficient in excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint (can create clear presentations). Pay Transparency - North America COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$92,900 - $129,200 CAD California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$104,400 - $157,400 USD Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane) *$99,100 - $129,800 USD Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
