Supporting various projects through quality checkpoints, factory acceptance test, and other validation methods are vital to certifying that every project meets the required standards. In this role, we need exceptionally executed processes and standards assuring that PAR Marine consistently provides high quality equipment in our industry.Success Criteria:There is no guesswork here. Being able to effectively make use of your people skills, technical skills, organizational skills, and be respectfully assertive will be helpful in getting ahead of the competition.Essential Qualifications• US Citizen or Green Card Holder• 2+ years experience in an industrial fabrication environment, shipyard, or a related industry• Associates Degree or higher in a STEM related discipline or related work experience• Experience with various quality systems such as ISO 9001:2015• Experience performing internal/external audits• Ability to comprehend technical documentation, specifications & drawings• Strong organizational & communication skills• MS Office Suite proficiency• Ability to travel (up to 10%) where required, international or domesticPreferred Qualifications:• 3-5 years experience in a high-complexity, manufacturing environment, shipyard, or related field• Experience in a client facing, project environment• Experience with IATF 16949 quality standard• Experience with NAVSEA, Mil Std, and AWS specifications• Experience with Electrical Controls Engineering such as control systems, Variable Frequency Drive, power panels, electrical panels and etc• Experience with various quality systems such as Mil-I-45208, Mil-Q-9858, AS9100• Comfortable utilizing standard metrology and mechanical/electrical test equipment.You've learned about what you'll be doing, here's what you'll be getting when you join PAR Systems:• Global team recognized for their passion of inventing• First-of-a-kind product culture and project exposure
