Product Operations Specialist (Travel & Leisure)
Under the direction of the Director of Travel Product, the Product Operations Specialist (Travel & Leisure) is responsible for collaborating with suppliers across our product verticals to enhance revenue streams, increase customer engagement, and expand our global market presence through membership-based benefits and loyalty travel programs.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, update and maintain SOP’s for new travel product offerings for operational and organizational efficiencyConduct market price analysis and distribute to leadership to enhance rate competitiveness, drive margin distribution, and increase profitabilityMonitor platform performance to maintain efficiency and address and/or resolve any system errors to ensure a quality member experienceBe the point of contact between suppliers and the sales, marketing, and service departmentsIntroduce and present new product offerings and/or processes to the sales teamImplement and oversee end-to-end operational processes by collaborating across departments and stakeholdersSupport Product Owners and stakeholders with brand implementations to optimize preferential rates and facilitate promotional content for marketing campaigns, website assets, and other sales mediumsEstablish and maintain professional relationships with suppliers across product verticalsRepresent ONE in a professional and productive manner to internal and external stakeholdersRequirementsHigh School diploma1–3 years’ experience serving in an operational/administrative capacityProven expertise in travel applications, online booking tools, and inventory tracking systemsSkilled in working with standard operating procedures and adhering to best practicesQuick adaptability to startup environments and changing landscapesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPointAct with a sense of urgency to ensure on-time and on-quality delivery of tasks, processes, and reports assignedHighly organized with careful attention to detailAbility to multi-task complex scenarios with easeIndependent problem-solving abilities in both team and individual settingsFlexibility and the willingness to adapt to meet the needs of the teamPreferred Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or SalesPhysical Requirements· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)About ONEWelcome to ONE!
