Safety Coordinator
Role requires 1–3 years of construction safety experience, preferably within electrical environments, with knowledge of industry safety standards (NFPA, NESC, ASTM, ANSI). Responsibilities include supporting field leadership with job hazard analyses, conducting daily safety walks and audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering safety orientations and training, assisting with incident investigations, monitoring subcontractor safety performance, and coaching employees to reinforce safe work practices. OSHA 30 Construction and BCSP certifications are required, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a night-shift field environment.
