Construction Superintendent

Duties: Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish Oversee all on-site and off-site constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations Coordinate subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors Manage and lead construction teams ensuring quality workmanship Prepare and maintain project 4-week schedules Communicate project progress during weekly Owner, Architect, and Contractor meetings. Required: 10 years of construction Superintendent experience with projects in excess of $10M Excellent communication skills Great management techniques Organization skills Knowledge and experience with concrete, framing, and finish carpentry Knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Office 365 Able to train on and/or navigate construction management software Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Project The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience: Proven experience in construction management Ability to build, manage, and supervise construction projects effectively Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, and IIPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program) implementation/compliance.
