Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Busser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, as well as supporting our food service operations. Duties: - Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils - Assist in food preparation and service, including bussing tables and clearing dishes - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the dishwasher area - Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors - Work closely with the culinary team to ensure all dishes are prepared to high standards - Support catering operations and events as needed - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations Requirements: - Experience in a food service or hospitality setting, preferably in a kitchen environment - Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Familiarity with food preparation and service procedures - Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices - Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude Skills: - Culinary experience and knowledge - Food preparation and service skills - Cleaning and organization skills - Bussing and dishwashing experience - Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude Job Type: Temporary Pay: From $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Physical Setting: Bar Shift: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Ability to Commute: Pendleton, OR 97801 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Pendleton, OR 97801: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
