As a clinician-driven organization, we are dedicated to equipping our team with the necessary tools, community, and stability to foster a lasting career.Role OverviewWe are seeking licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to our extensive client base across the nation. You may be an ideal candidate for this position if you meet the following criteria:Approved by the board as a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy.Seeking independent licensure and currently residing in Virginia.Must live within a 45-minute commute to the office. Initially, you will work in the office during the probationary period, transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote) thereafter.A graduate of an accredited 60-credit hour program.Experience in a counseling environment addressing depression and anxiety is required.Preferred experience in independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.Available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours of client availability weekly.A behavioral health generalist willing to work with a diverse clientele, including couples and children.Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.Proficient with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR systems.A collaborative team player — we are building a supportive clinical community and value positive contributions.CompensationCompensation can reach up to $53,300, depending on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. This includes handling credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, along with paid orientation and training to help you get started.
