Tech & STEAM Program Instructor – Fullerton, Santa Ana & La Habra School Districts Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour About CAM Educational Services CAM Educational Services is an innovative educational start-up and one of California's leading providers of after-school tutoring and Tech & STEAM enrichment programs. We proudly partner with school districts throughout Northern and Southern California to provide engaging educational experiences for students from TK through 8th Grade, serving both executive families and underprivileged communities. We are seeking passionate, energetic, and creative Tech & STEAM Program Instructors to join our growing team supporting the Fullerton, Santa Ana, and La Habra School Districts. Areas of Expertise Ideal candidates have experience or a strong interest in one or more of the following: Game Design (Block Programming) Minecraft Modding (Block Programming) Creative Coding (Block Programming) Python JavaScript HTML & CSS Robotics STEAM/STEM Curriculum Technology Education Key Responsibilities Lead engaging Tech & STEAM classes for TK–8th grade students. Support Program Managers in delivering high-quality classroom instruction and maintaining operational excellence. Assist in developing curriculum and lesson plans for the school year, including holiday and summer camp programs. Adapt lessons, classroom setup, and technology based on classroom and student needs. Maintain classroom equipment, supplies, and teaching materials while communicating inventory needs to the central office. Maintain professional communication with students, parents, and staff. Participate in planning meetings and contribute to enrichment program development. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. Prepare classrooms before instruction and ensure proper clean-up after each class. Support partnerships with schools, educational organizations, and community stakeholders. Qualifications Preferred experience working with TK–8th grade students. Experience leading classes of 20 or more students. At least 3 years of experience or passion for tutoring, teaching, or mentoring children. Strong communication, classroom management, and problem-solving skills. Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative team player with a positive and welcoming attitude. Open to feedback and continuous improvement. Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Education, Engineering, STEM, or a related field is preferred. Schedule Full-time and Part-time opportunities available. Must be available to work 4–6 days per week. Schedule may vary based on school district and business needs. Location Requirements Applicants must be willing to work at any of the following school districts based on business needs: Fullerton School District Santa Ana School District La Habra School District Applicants should also be willing to relocate or commute to these locations as needed.
