Lead Program ManagerThis position is responsible for ensuring large-scale delivery, coordination, and operational rigor across numerous systems and teams. The role holder will own delivery orchestration, timeline and dependency management, governance execution, and program-level reporting. This individual will function as an execution orchestrator for key company initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOrchestrate delivery across technology, analytics, marketing, and line-of-business teams.Manage the execution of the program roadmap and dependencies across various channels and platforms.Establish a scaled operating cadence and delivery governance, including intake, prioritization, and release planning.Track program health, milestones, risks, and financials to ensure alignment with objectives.Support the scaling of program experiences and drive sustainable growth.Drive resource planning and capacity alignment to meet program demands.Compensation & BenefitsThe estimated pay rate for this position is between $80.00 and $85.00 per hour.
