About the Role
We are seeking a senior investment advisor with deep expertise in alternative investments and portfolio construction. This role is designed for an established financial professional who already manages a significant book of business and is looking to expand their impact by bringing assets to a growing, non-traditional wealth management firm.
The position is intended for an advisor capable of transferring a minimum of $50M in Assets Under Management (AUM) to the firm. The successful candidate will participate in a performance-based revenue-sharing model and will play a key role in the firm’s growth, with the opportunity to evolve into a senior investment leadership position, including a potential Chief Investment Officer (CIO) role over time.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship Management
Source, onboard, and manage high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, contributing $50M+ in AUM
Deliver customized wealth management solutions aligned with alternative and non-traditional investment strategies
Maintain and expand existing client relationships while identifying new growth opportunities
Investment Strategy & Execution
Construct and manage diversified, all-weather portfolios beyond traditional stock-and-bond allocations
Oversee trade execution and portfolio rebalancing in line with market conditions and client objectives
Apply disciplined risk management and portfolio optimization frameworks
Required Qualifications
CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation
Proven track record managing and growing client assets ($50M+ AUM)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management and advisory roles
Experience executing trades across multiple asset classes
Strong understanding of equity and fixed income markets, derivatives, and real estate investments
Ability to challenge conventional wealth management models and adapt to non-traditional investment strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with fundamental and quantitative investment analysis
Knowledge of hedge funds and alternative investment vehicles
Strong financial modeling and macroeconomic research capabilities

Individuals unwilling to challenge conventional investment approaches
Advisors unable to bring client assets to the firm
Compensation
This is a revenue-sharing role. Compensation is based exclusively on a percentage of advisory fees generated from assets brought to the firm.
There is no base salary at the time of joining.
