Senior Customer Data Strategy ConsultantRemote, USA$150,000 - $175,000 + Benefits + Progression + Remote Working + International TravelExcellent opportunity for a Senior Customer Data Strategy Consultant with strong enterprise advisory experience to join a growing customer data technology business in a newly created role where you will build a value consulting function from the ground up.This organisation works with global enterprise clients across financial services, healthcare, travel, retail, hospitality and insurance, helping them understand, activate and drive measurable value from first-party customer data. Their platform enables major organisations to turn behavioural data into clear customer insight, better journeys and stronger commercial outcomes.In this role, you will work directly with senior enterprise stakeholders to define what success looks like from their customer data strategy. You will lead value workshops, shape KPI frameworks, build use-case roadmaps, write business-focused BRDs and ensure each engagement is tied to measurable business outcomes. This is not a product, implementation or marketing operations role. It is a client-facing advisory role focused on value, strategy and customer data outcomes.The ideal candidate will have experience in customer data strategy, digital analytics consulting, customer journey optimisation, CDP strategy or enterprise value consulting. You will be comfortable leading conversations with senior stakeholders such as Chief Data Officers, Chief Digital Officers, CMOs and Heads of Digital, and able to translate complex customer data opportunities into clear strategic roadmaps.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be the first hire into a new strategic function, with senior leadership visibility, genuine ownership, and the chance to shape the methodology, playbooks and future team around them.The Role:Build a new customer data value consulting capability within Professional ServicesLead enterprise client workshops focused on value, KPIs, use cases and business outcomesCreate KPI frameworks, value assessments, BRDs and customer data roadmapsPartner with implementation and customer success teams to keep value at the centre of deliveryDevelop internal templates, playbooks and consulting frameworks for future scaleThe Person:Strong background in customer data strategy, digital analytics consulting or value consultingExperience advising enterprise clients or senior stakeholders on customer data, journeys or optimisationAble to build KPI frameworks, value models, BRDs, use-case roadmaps or workshop outputsFamiliar with CDPs, digital analytics, customer journey tools or MarTech ecosystemsConfident leading strategic conversations, not just supporting delivery or implementation
