The Group Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing classroom environments, guiding children through engaging educational activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. This role requires effective communication with families, mentoring staff, and fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere. The Group Supervisor will also support curriculum implementation and maintain compliance with childcare regulations.QualificationsExperience in early childcare, curriculum development, and age-appropriate activitiesStrong leadership, team management, and organizational abilitiesEffective communication skills for interaction with children, families, and staffKnowledge of safety protocols and an understanding of childcare regulationsPatience, empathy, and a passion for fostering child development and growthBachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in a supervisory role in a childcare or educational setting is preferredCPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable```
