High levels of integrity, accountability, the willingness to speakup, and an unshakable ability to maintain a brisk pace and consistent positive,can-do attitude are necessary in upholding TDX quality and safety standardswhile disrupting and challenging the industry status quo.Essential Job FunctionsEnsure proper setup, operation, take down, cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of materials, equipment, and machineryAssist in loading/unloading of materials, equipment, and supplies to and from trucks, job sites, and barges, ensuring proper stowage and securing of cargo to prevent shifting or damage during transitIf operating on a barge, assist in proper mooring/anchoring of vessels, handling lines, chains, and anchors in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelinesPerform tasks aligned to projects: demolition, construction, and/or installation of seawalls, docks, piles, boat lifts: digging, shoveling, lifting, carrying, carpentry, framing, rigging, positioning structural components, and working with a wide variety of tools and equipmentEnsure construction equipment and tools are clean, organized, and stored in an orderly fashion after each use. Dispose of rubble/debris/trash and hazardous, worn, damaged, outdated, or other waste materials from work areas and maintain a baseline organization and site cleanlinessAssist with routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning/painting/lubricating equipment & machinery.
