The CHRO will be instrumental in shaping the culture, strengthening leadership capacity, and guiding workforce transformation within a community that values collaboration and intellectual curiosity. Key responsibilities include talent management, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, workforce analytics, training and development, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a human-centered philosophy, expertise in fostering positive employee relations, and a commitment to fair, equity-minded conflict resolution. The successful candidate will be expected to provide visionary leadership across the full spectrum of HR functions, with a focus on strengthening leadership capacity, AI readiness, and deepening employee engagement. A human-centered approach that promotes a strong culture of belonging is essential, as is the ability to make difficult decisions and communicate effectively. The CHRO will also be responsible for overseeing the Title IX Coordinator and related institutional responsibilities. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' progressive HR experience are required, with a preference for a master's degree and experience in Title IX compliance. The role demands excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and use technology effectively in a fast-paced environment.Travel PercentLess than 10%FunctionsHuman Resources
