Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Corpus Christi, TX. The Executive Chef will be responsible for crafting and executing the menu, ensuring food quality, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining sanitation standards, and managing inventory. Additionally, this role will involve training team members, controlling food costs, and collaborating with management to innovate new dishes and refine existing ones. A passion for Cajun cuisine and the ability to maintain a positive, team-oriented environment are essential to this position. Qualifications Strong skills in menu development, recipe creation, and attention to ingredient qualityProficiency in team leadership, employee training, and staff schedulingExpertise in food safety standards, hygiene, and inventory managementExperience with kitchen management, food cost control, and budget planningKnowledge of Cajun cuisine and passion for creating flavorful dishesStrong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a high-paced environmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsPrevious experience in a similar role as an Executive Chef or Sous ChefCulinary degree or equivalent education/training is preferred but not required
