This role is ideal for a banker who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities.Due to minimal teller traffic at this branch, the successful candidate will spend a significant portion of time assisting clients with deposit accounts, supporting loan processes, and identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesTeller ResponsibilitiesProcess customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accuratelyIssue cashier's checks, money orders, and currency ordersBalance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction recordsProvide professional, high-quality customer service and resolve routine inquiriesUniversal Banker ResponsibilitiesOpen and maintain personal and business deposit accountsSupport lending activities, including gathering documentation and providing product informationPerform teller transactions as needed to support branch operationsIdentify opportunities to recommend appropriate bank products and services based on customer needsEnsure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and proceduresQualificationsOne or more years of banking, financial services, or high-touch customer service experience preferredExperience opening deposit accounts and supporting loan documentation strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProfessional communication style with a relationship-first mindsetComfortable working independently in a low-transaction branch environmentAbility to handle cash transactions accuratelyAbility to pass a pre-employment background checkIf this sounds like a great fit, apply online or send your resume directly to jennifer.whitworth@jobot.com!Interested in hearing more?
