Job Description
Our organization is looking for a General Pediatrician to join the Department of Pediatrics at our Children's Hospital Outpatient Practice. We collaborate with various health systems, including SAC Health System, San Bernardino County Public Health, California Children's Services Clinic, and Inland Regional Center, to provide a comprehensive outpatient experience.Clinic operating hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 8 AM to 4 PM on Fridays. The role includes one day of on-call duty per month from 5 PM to 8 AM on weekdays or from 8 AM to 8 AM on weekends or holidays. Additionally, there may be a requirement of up to six weekend days annually in the Urgent Care setting.Location OverviewOur Children's Hospital features 364 beds, which encompass a 25-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), a 60-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), a 14-bed Pediatric Cardiac ICU, along with various pediatric inpatient units. The facility serves as the largest tertiary care referral center for the Inland Empire, covering Riverside, San Bernardino, Inyo, and Mono Counties.We are affiliated with a renowned Medical Center, Children's Hospital, and School of Medicine, all dedicated to providing holistic care with a commitment to clinical excellence.For over a century, our organization has prioritized excellence in healthcare, research, and education. The new towers are equipped with cutting-edge technology to enhance patient care.Compensation & BenefitsThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $217,510 to $265,430, with adjustments based on experience and faculty rank.
