Team members who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative will consistently have opportunities to maintain full-time hours. When daily assignments are completed early, team members are expected to:Assist teammates in the fieldHelp with supplies, organization, or cleaning tasks at the officeContinue contributing wherever neededSchedule Flexibility While our standard start time is between 8:30-8:45 AM, there are occasional opportunities to start earlier (as early as 7:30 AM), especially on Tuesdays.Flexibility for these earlier start times is a strong plus and allows team members to take on additional hours and responsibility.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform residential and commercial cleaning servicesTravel to multiple job sites throughout the dayFollow company systems and quality standardsDeliver excellent customer serviceWork efficiently both independently and as part of a teamMinimum Requirements No formal education requiredCleaning experience is a plus, but not requiredCompletion of orientation and field trainingMust pass:Drug screeningDMV screeningCriminal background checkReference checksInsurance eligibility requirementsExperience in fast-paced environments such as Airbnb turnovers, hotels, or janitorial work is a strong plus, as this role requires both speed and attention to detail.
