Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entertainment Lifestyle Coordinator based in Port, Washington, New York. The role will report to the Director of entertainment, and involves planning and organizing events, coordinating entertainment activities for residents, and ensuring an engaging and inclusive atmosphere. Responsibilities include creating event schedules, liaising with vendors, facilitating activities, and maintaining communication with residents to tailor services to their needs. The coordinator will also be responsible for administrative tasks, including presentations and setting up events. Qualifications Excellent Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.Looking for a fun, energetic, creative, and outgoing person • Comfortable presenting in front of a crowd and speaking on a microphone • Strong communication and people skills • Outgoing, positive, and engaging personality • Organized and able to multitask • Comfortable using programs like Canva, Microsoft Publisher, and Excel • Experience in events, activities, or entertainment is a plus Must have reliable transportationStrong Customer Service experience, with a focus on resident satisfactionProficiency in planning and executing Entertainment and Event Planning activitiesComfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and event proposalsStrong organizational and time management skillsEnergy, creativity, and a passion for making a positive impactPrevious experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is a plus.
