We are now seeking a Resident Assistant II / Med Tech at The Ackerly at Reed's Crossing!
As a Resident Assistant II Med Tech, you'll be at the heart of our community. This broad-scoped caregiver position is all about providing compassionate, hands-on support for our residents.
What You'll Do:
Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Make observations, record changes, and communicate resident needs with the team
Build strong, respectful relationships with residents and families
Administer medications as outlined in state protocols, and as written in resident service plan
Pitch in with light housekeeping or laundry tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous caregiving experience preferred
A caring, positive, and professional attitude, especially when supporting aging adults
Active/Valid Med Tech Certification is required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
