Community Health Initiatives Specialist
Community Health Initiatives Specialist is a full-time, grant-funded position responsible for providing operational and customer service support for Community and Rural Health Initiatives, including education and training for professionals and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service for family programs and services, addressing inquiries and issues related to various products
Coordinate the triaging of education-related inquiries and collaborate with IT and call center for timely issue resolution
Support data collection, tracking, and reporting related to workforce development and community resource coordination
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2-3 years of customer service experience
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines
Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
Experience with constituent/data management systems is preferred
