Accounts Payable Coordinator

Accounts Payable Coordinator ICM Solutions, a leader in crushing, underground mining rebuild, and white paving equipment, service, and solutions across the Mountain West, is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our growing team in Murray, UT. The Accounts Payable Coordinator is a key member of the Finance team, reporting directly to our Controller. The primary function of this role will provide timely and accurate posting of invoices into the accounting system for vendor payment.This is an on-site position - you must be available to work in the office Monday through Friday.Responsibilities and Duties Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoicesCode A/P transactions to correct accountsObtain buyer invoice approvalsEnsure monthly statements are cleared and any issues are resolvedAssist purchasers with PO systemProvide excellent customer service to all customers (both internal and external)Process A/P emails to AVIDComplete vendor credit applicationsEnter Demand checks and process them for paymentPerforms all other duties as assignedClear AVID capture in-tray and assign appropriatelyEnter APAD entries from bank statement and match to invoicesRequirements Work safely in all aspects of the positionExperience processing and posting Accounts Payable (1 year)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)Attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational skillsSelf-motivatedAbility to meet deadlinesPreferred Qualifications Experience with AP automation toolsAccounting higher educationExperience reconciling bank accountsExperience in the heavy equipment or parts sales industryWhy ICM Solutions?
