Onboarding Operations Analyst (Contingent Workforce)

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Onboarding Operations Analyst (Contingent Workforce) with our client in their Sunnyvale, CA location. This is an 8- month contract hybrid position requiring Tuesday – Thursday onsite. Pay rate range: $46.54 - $54.47 hourly W2 only. Must have experience with Workday and Service Now. This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a client office, depending on what's best for you and when it is important for your team to be together. We're looking for a detail driven, systems savvy Contingent Workforce Operations Partner to support and elevate the client's global Contingent Workforce (CW) Program. In this role, you'll drive operational excellence, ensure data integrity across Workday and ServiceNow, streamline CW lifecycle processes, and partner cross functionally with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), HR, IT, and Finance teams to resolve escalations and keep our program running seamlessly. Responsibilities:Manage CW reporting updates, dashboards, and data accuracy across Workday and HelpIn.Review and approve CW Knowledge Articles; maintain content governance and annual audits.Partner with cross-functional teams for the system configuration for CW onboarding, access set up, data maintenance, and offboarding CWsAct as the primary escalation point for CW provisioning issues, system discrepancies, and workflow breakdowns.Oversee Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) updates and contribute to program governance.Partner with cross functional teams on provisioning access related issues and resolve other complex operational issuesReview and approve Small Business SOWs and ensure compliance with CW processes.Requirements:3 years of experience with technical and workflow configuration in Workday and ServiceNow (HelpIn)3 years of experience with Microsoft O365, PPT presentation skills, Excel,Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.Preferred Qualifications:Automation tools i.e. Co-PilotClient Learning, Cornerstone, LMS or training tool experience3 years with a Contingent Workforce Program in OperationsStrong problem solver with technical expertise in troubleshooting system issues2-3 years of background in Project/ Program Management experienceAbility to partner across multiple teamsStrong documentation, i.e. Standard Operating ProceduresIdentify process improvements opportunitiesSuggested Skills:Workday & ServiceNow (HelpIn) data managementContingent Workforce operations & MSP partnershipSOP governance & process optimizationTechnical troubleshooting & escalation managementReporting & analytics (Excel, dashboards, O365)If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
