The Direct Hire Division of Consilio, LLC is seeking a Paralegal for an opportunity with a globally recognized Am Law 200 firm in Boston. The paralegal would support the product liability litigation practice group. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into facts, managing complex discovery, and supporting trial teams from start to finish.What you will do: Support matters across the full litigation lifecycle, including trial preparation and trial attendanceOrganize, review, and analyze issue-specific documents and discovery related to the client’s defenseSpot and summarize key facts/themes when reviewing documents, testimony, and related materialsAssist with witness and expert interview support as neededDeliver accurate, high-quality work product with strong attention to detailWhat we’re looking for3+ years of litigation experience with demonstrated job stability/tenureProven experience prepping for and attending trialWorking knowledge of the full scope of litigation and the ability to identify what’s relevant to the caseStrong analytical skills and an exceptional eye for detailWork arrangementAn in-office training period may be required initiallyAfter successful training completion, a hybrid schedule of 3 days in 2 remote is offeredTravelAbility to travel with minimal notice for trial and other locations is requiredBenefitsComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life/disability insurance, retirement plan with generous contribution, and paid time off.Additional Position DetailsOvertime: as needed, including some weekends during trial periodsSalary Range: $78,000 – $117,000 (flexible based on experience)Consilio, LLC is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status.
