Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Erie, PA. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee and tea beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace, providing outstanding customer service, and handling cash transactions. Additional responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, restocking supplies, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The Barista will also contribute to creating a friendly and engaging environment for guests and coworkers. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing coffee and tea beverages, and basic food preparationStrong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to maintain cleanliness, organization, and adhere to safety standardsCash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyTeam-oriented mindset and a positive attitudePrior barista or food service experience is a plus but not requiredAvailability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
