ATM Service Technician - Portland, OR
Cook Solutions Group is seeking a Full-Time ATM Service Technician to support our operations in the Portland, OR area. Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $22-$28 hour DOE
What You’ll Do:
As an ATM Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our banking clients' ATM systems are running smoothly. This role focuses on second-line maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on a variety of ATM hardware and software systems.
Install and maintain ATM products from multiple manufacturers
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electronic ATM components
Perform software reloads, preventative maintenance, and cleanings
Coordinate and prioritize daily service calls
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Keep detailed service reports and documentation
Maintain spare parts inventory
Occasionally handle ATM cash access situations under strict protocols
Support fellow technicians and learn new systems, including security hardware
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED
2–5 years of technical service, electronics, or ATM repair experience
Strong troubleshooting and time management skills
NCR Certification a plus, but not required
Excellent customer service mindset
Willingness to train on advanced systems, including security equipment
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
