Job- Java Technical Architect w/ good exposure to AI Location – Charlotte, NC / Jersey City, NJ - Either location is fine Duration- 1 Year Java Architecture & Development12+ years of hands-on experience in Java technologies with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and enterprise application development.Microservices & Distributed SystemsExtensive experience designing and implementing scalable microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.Event-Driven ArchitectureStrong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, messaging platforms, and event-driven integration patterns.Application Modernization & UpgradesProven experience leading migration and upgrade initiatives involving Java, Spring Boot, Tomcat, frameworks, and third-party dependencies.Automation & Engineering ProductivityExtensive experience in automation of development, testing, deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and operational processes.AI-Assisted Software EngineeringHands-on experience leveraging GitHub Copilot or Devin, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and other AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.Agentic AI & Intelligent AutomationExposure to designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI Agents/Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as Copilot Studio, LangChain / LangGraph or Google ADK, with a track record of building production-ready agents.Low-Code PlatformsExposure to Microsoft Power Apps/Power PlatformTechnical LeadershipProven ability to lead architecture decisions, mentor engineering teams, and engage with business and technology stakeholders.Preferred Experience: Python, Cloud platforms (Azure), Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
