Job Title: Server/Cocktail Summary: Serving/Cocktail position at Rock Lane Resort. This is a fast-paced, high-energy lakefront environment and a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and being part of a team-focused atmosphere. We are looking for hardworking individuals with positive attitudes who can deliver strong customer service and create a great guest experience. Full-time and part-time positions available. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation: $7.50/hour plus strong tip potential in a high-volume setting Shift: Open seven days a week 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (times may vary) 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (times may vary) Skills & Qualifications: Enjoy working in a customer service and hospitality-driven environment Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to be on your feet and active for extended periods Sales-driven mindset with strong guest interaction skills Ability to learn and operate POS systems (Toast experience is a plus) Learn and confidently describe cocktail and food menus Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in order taking and service Must be 21 years of age or older Positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience: Food and beverage experience is a plus but not required Benefits: Employee discounts at Rock Lane Tiki Bar and Rock Lane Grill Job Type: Full-time or Part-time We participate in E-Verify
