Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role based in Portland, OR. The Attorney will handle various legal tasks, including providing legal advice, conducting in-depth research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and navigating complex litigation processes. The role will also involve client interactions, contract negotiations, and offering support in the areas of labor and employment law. Collaboration within a professional team environment to achieve client outcomes is integral to this position. Qualifications Proficiency in general legal practices with a strong foundation in Labor and Employment LawAbility to deliver sound Legal Advice alongside excellent Research skillsStrong Negotiation expertise in legal and business contextsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Oregon State Bar5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate environmentCommitment to a team-oriented approach and client-focused service
