30 minutes from San Jose clinic seeking a Locum Family Medicine Physician --Contract length: 3-6 months --Schedule: 10am - 7pm or 1pm - 7pm --3-5 days per week --Location will be both mobile clinic and a brick and mortar clinic --Provider will most likely split time at each --Must be able to speak Spanish --Must be willing to do work in a mobile clinic --Patient population: All ages --Avg. Daily Census: 18 (21+ Preferred) --EMR: EPIC --Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, CA license, DEA, BLS, 2+ years experience
