The Construction Materials Technician will perform quality control tests on construction materials, manage material handling, and conduct inspections on-site. Responsibilities also include laboratory testing, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role supports construction projects by providing critical data and insights related to materials performance and durability.QualificationsProficiency in Quality Control practices and Inspection proceduresKnowledge of Material Handling and Materials standardsExperience with Laboratory Skills and testing methodsStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team environmentGood communication and documentation skillsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions and meet physical demands associated with material testingMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationMinimum of 2 years experience in construction materials testing.ACI, NICET, or other related certifications are beneficial.
