The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong architectural leadership, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels.Key Responsibilities:Define and drive end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise applicationsLead solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security best practicesCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutionsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teamsEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and cloud best practicesDrive adoption of modern engineering practices and emerging technologiesRequired Qualifications:14+ years of experience in the technology industry as a developer, technical lead, or architectMinimum 5+ years of experience in an Architect role10+ years of hands-on development experience in technologies such as .NET, Java, or other modern programming languages5+ years of experience working with AWS Cloud, including solution architecture and cloud-native designStrong experience in the Wealth Management domainProven ability to design and implement scalable, distributed systemsSkills & Competencies:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilitiesAbility to influence technical direction and drive consensus across teamsExperience working in cross-functional and globally distributed teamsPreferred Qualifications:AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect)Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and event-driven systemsFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
