Kapco Inc. is looking for a Press Cell Technician I/II on 2nd shift at our Grafton, WI facility. The ideal candidate for this position should be an experienced operator with experience running mechanical, hydraulic and/or servo punch presses involving hand transfer of heavy and/or complex parts.Primary ResponsibilitiesOperate complex and progressive tooling in a quality and rate conscious mannerPerform coil changesMaintain equipment and tooling with use of appropriate lubricantsClean and maintain press areaPerform quality checks using the proper measuring devices correctly during operation and complete quality recordsStop production when quality issues are detectedComplete appropriate paperwork, including labels, accurately and completelyMay require successful completion of Kapco's forklift certification programOther duties as assignedAbout Kapco Metal StampingKapco is known for investing in its people and creating a culture of engagement and is equally as committed to giving back to the community.
