If you are looking for opportunity, we’ve got it.ResponsibilitiesDetermine staffing requirements and facilitate the hiring process; coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of move crewCoordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventoryLead mover/driver training; responsible for team development and motivationPromote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all Department Of Transportation regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration guidelinesServe as the “on-call” contact outside of normal business hoursComplete performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction; oversee damage resolution processPerform position functions up to six days of a week, with a flexible range of hours which might include somemarketing or networking eventsRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required; some college preferred Driver’s license with good driving recordWilling to submit to a pre-employment background check and random drug screens Junk Removal experience preferred but not requiredHighly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task Strong decision making and problem-solving skillsEffective communication skillsCommitment to customer service and the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK core values Physical stamina to assist with lifting/carrying 50 lbs. or moreProficient with the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook Moving experience is not required, but preferredThis job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise located in Tucker, GA.
