They've signed hundreds of thousands of dollars in pilot revenue in just the last few weeks and need their first dedicated implementation hire to keep up with demand.What you'll do:Own the full customer onboarding lifecycle for accounting firms with 5-50 employees, from signed contract to confident daily useMeet with firm owners to scope needs, then run training sessions for their teamsBe the primary point of contact for post-onboarding support and troubleshootingBuild the onboarding playbook from scratch as the founding implementation hireFeed real customer insights back to product and engineeringWhat we're looking for:2-5 years in customer onboarding/implementation at a B2B SaaS companyExperience building repeatable processes from the ground up, ideally at an early-stage startupComfortable being the first and only person owning this functionBased in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, hybrid 3-4 days/week in officeDetails:$140K-$160K base + competitive equityHybrid, San Francisco (Fisherman's Wharf)No visa sponsorship available — must be a US citizen or Green Card holder
